As the Senior Brand Designer at Mercedes-Benz.io, I design and provide templates and merchandising in line with the corporate design, ensuring visual consistency across various office locations. I develop wireframes, prototypes, and UX/UI for internal products, while revamping and improving the brand’s visual and conceptual aspects. I help manage brand strategy, guide design direction, and collaborate closely with teams to ensure cohesive communication and branding across campaigns, office spaces, and social media. Additionally, I advocate for brand design’s integral role in the company’s growth.
As part of the Business Design & Transformation team at an international consulting firm, I worked as an UX/UI Designer focusing on User Research, Information Architecture, Prototyping, Wireframing, Personas, and User Journeys. I also led the creation and management of Design Systems, acting as Product Owner and mentor to junior designers. I gained extensive knowledge in Service Design, applying it to national and international projects in the Tourism and Government sectors. Additionally, I supported clients with communication and branding, including revamping their social media and brand assets.
At a Lisbon-based advertising agency focused on creative activation, guerrilla marketing, and advertising campaigns for Portuguese companies, I worked as a Junior Art Director. I contributed to campaigns for brands like Riberalves, Vodafone, Imovirtual, and OLX. My role involved brainstorming creative concepts, shaping the tone of voice, identifying insights, and directing the art. One notable project was the "Made of Lisbon 2018" campaign for Lisbon City Hall, where I actively participated in the creative process and campaign development.
I participated in the 2-Week Start-Up creation program by the European Innovation Academy (EIA), a leader in tech entrepreneurship education. EIA collaborates with top institutions like Stanford University, U.C. Berkeley, and Google. The program immerses students in a multicultural ecosystem of over 15,000 alumni from more than 85 countries. My involvement was well-received, leading to an invitation to do branding work for EIA, further strengthening my experience in the entrepreneurial and creative sectors.
